MEET THE PLS TEAM PLS Represents manufacturers, bringing fine quality lighting and home decor products to distributors and to the specification community. Covering Southern California from Paso Robles to San Diego, as well as Arizona, Las Vegas, and all of the Hawaiian Islands.
Ann began in lighting 25+ years ago, while on maternity leave, from the Long Beach Unified School District. Ann joined Pacific Sales Group with her owner husband, first as the office manager and inside sales coordinator. Following the untimely death of Tom Cahill, Ann took over as the Principal of the agency and covered outside sales for So Cal and the Hawaiian Islands.
In 2011 “Pacific Sales Group” merged with “Liteforce Sales” to form the current agency Pacific Liteforce Sales.
Ann is now semi-retired working part time as a Consultant for PLS and as their CFO.

Territory: Inland counties of Southern California, palm Desert, Las Vegas, and Arizona.

Trevor travels SoCal and his out of state territories servicing his customers and maintaining their lighting galleries. When he is not traveling for work or building a new gallery you can find him at the beach, mountain biking, or enjoying a local beer in his garage while working in his own home projects.
Elizabeth is a graduate of The University of Miami and has been providing administrative support to the Pacific Liteforce Sales team since early 2016. In her role as Office Manager, she is very fulfilled in her responsibility to provide exceptional assistance to the accounts we service, while maintaining the workability of our agency behind the scenes. In creating partnership with both our customers and our manufacturer, Elizabeth especially enjoys connecting through her eloquent and kind communication skills.
Cynthia has been on board with Pacific Liteforce Sales since 2018 working as an administrative office assistant. When she’s not in office, she enjoys exploring new places with friends, working weekends at the happiest place on earth, and spending time with her family and her dog Enzo.
